My experience in going to Dr. Rochelle Nguyen Advanced Dentistry Office was absolutely phenomenal. Usually, I am apprehensive and nervous going to the Dentist office. Everyone, I came in contact with in the office is both professional and personable a winning combination. The receptionist started off my experience with Dr. Nguyen's office in a manner that is very warm and informative making my experience enjoyable from start to finish. I was trying to set up an appointment as soon as possible and before I was even done filling out the paperwork the dental assistant was taking ex-rays and preparing my mouth to be worked on by Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen took care of my dental needs immediately and created a plan of attack to provide the necessary dental work I need in the future. Dr. Nguyen exceeded my expectations and worked on more than I anticipated on my first visit for dental work I needed done and preventative care simultaneously. She went the extra mile even staying after normal working hours to accomplish her skilled expertise in my mouth that would of normally took a couple of visits. Rochelle puts humanity in her dental work with her patients because of her compassion for people and her passion to do an "expert job." I recommend Dr. Nguyen and her staff to anyone, family and friends without hesitation. In fact I already have done so. Thank you Dr. Nguyen. Dennis Larson

Dr. Nguyen and the staff at advanced dentistry are amazing. They are extremely caring and do their best to accommodate you. I definitely recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I had to find a new dentist when I moved to a new place. But it's always a scary place to go to so I kept waited and waited until one day my right teeth (up and bottom) hurt really bad. I did a research (on yelp!) and found Dr. Rochelle Nguyen's name. I walked in without an appointment, yet her staff was amazingly nice and friendly. Dr. Nguyen examined my teeth right away and told me I needed root canal. I knew I needed one (3 years ago -_-) so I made an appointment asap. It was my first root canal in my life! I was terrified!!! But Dr. Nguyen was very very nice and professional. She did everything she could to help me calm and relax. During the procedure, she was gentle and confident, made me feel very comfortable. She did a thorough, clean, painless job. Next day, Dr. Nguyen called me in the morning to make sure I was okay and told me what to do in case I was in pain (even though I wasn't :)). I went back about a week later to check and make sure everything was good. And I made another appointment to get ANOTHER root canal done. I can't believe I am saying this but I actually had a pleasant experience for a such a scary job. I love Dr. Nguyen and her staff and have recommended her to everyone I know! I never really leave any reviews on yelp but I wanted more people to find a great doctor for their dental needs :) J.H 2016/11/4: I had another root canal done in July 2016. My tooth was hurting so much that I took more Advils than the direction recommended me...and I still couldn't sleep! I went to see Doctor Nguyen and she squeezed me for an emergency root canal schedule during her lunch break!!!! That same day!!!! Because she did not want me to suffer any more... Of course the process went smoothly and painlessly like always with her. That night after the surgery, I could actually sleep!!!!!! With Dr. Rochelle Nguyen, I know I can always be pain free after I see her. And I am so thankful that I found her, and I live close to her office that I can always easily visit her!! Not only that but her kind, professional, friendly staffs make me feel even better when I am at her place. Dental office is a frightening place where one tries to avoid if possible. I was no different. But Dr. Nguyen's office is a place where I know I will find comfort when I have any trouble with my teeth. Every time I go see Dr. Rochelle, I realize that I am a very lucky person because she's my doctor :)

Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist since 2000--almost half my life! She's the best dentist and I recommend her to everyone. She really cares about her patients and she's very thorough. She'll ask you about what else is going on your life and health to determine if there's any connection with your dental health. She's the only dentist I know who checks your blood pressure too. There are some dentists who you feel like you're getting sold services. You can speak frankly with her about the costs of services and sometimes she'll just tell you. She understands services can be very expensive. You won't get sticker shock. She also uses high-tech equipment too. Her staff is also very caring and considerate. My dad goes to her too. She's a born teacher too, so she'll explain to you what is happening with your teeth, why, and what it means for the long-run.

I just had 2 of my wisdom teeth pulled by an Oral Surgeon. A week later it got infected, after the infection, my tooth next to where the wisdom tooth was extracted started hurting, it was a Thursday night. I planned on going to the Dentist the next day which was a Friday, but my normal Dentist are closed on Fridays. A friend of mine referred Advanced Dentistry, so I called them that morning and they were able to schedule me for an examination on the same day, despite of their busy schedule. After the examination, Dr. Nguyen had found out that I needed a root canal for my tooth that was hurting. I called my Dentist on Monday but couldn't schedule me any sooner because they were booked. I called Advanced Dentistry again and they were able to schedule me for Wednesday. The process went smooth and a day later, I was able to eat solid food again. My insurance was maxed out and I had to pay Advanced Dentistry out of pocket. A few weeks later I got a call from Advanced Dentistry and had told me that they were able to get me $150 from my insurance company. They could've kept the money, however, because of their honesty and integrity, they didn't. Kudos to Dr.Nguyen and her staff at Advanced Dentistry. Thank you and I appreciate the honesty and integrity of your business.
