I called advanced electrical services when my power went out after a storm. They sent someone out right away. The electrician was very helpful and explained everything to me and showed me what had happened. He fixed it the same day and gave me the exact cost before he started the work. I will never use another electrical company again, advanced electrical services is the only way to go.

Very pleased. Contacted me thru Angie's list quickly. Came out and gave a bid when they said they would. ($3500 job and was inline with all other bids.) Decision to use was based on ifI liked working with the lead electrician. Scheduled quickly. On time for the service work and got it done very, very professionally. Neatest electrical job I have had - didn't have to ask them to clean up or make everything neat. Have scheduled 3 other service items to have completed. Highly recommend.

Hired them to install two circuits into my master bathroom remodel for a jacuzzi tub and relocate a wall box for over-vanity lighting. The girl answering the phone was incredibly nice, when she answered- though you have to cycle through the same automated answering system just to get ahold of someone. If they choose not to answer you play press 1 for service or to schedule an appointment game for hours. STRIKE 1!
They send two younger men who act and look very confident then proceed after a few hours of work to only install one circuit not the two. After calling back the technician admits to seeing the second set of wiring and just not hooking it up. "I thought someone was just trying to be extra careful", what does that mean? But, he returned withing an hour or two and hooked up the second. STRIKE 2!
Then the box for the light fixture is moved and the light switch is put back in place. After I installed the light fixture to the box itself, IT DOESN"T WORK. After checking the switch is wired correctly, and that there is no magical mystical second breaker for that switch, which may have been off, and testing the fixture itself, I have surmised that Advanced Electrical Services not only cannot adhere to its motto of "... with no surprises", they guarantee MULTIPLE surprises. STRIKE 3! After a call back, I must now wait for two days before tehy will send someone to fix their foul up. I will never trust them again and hope my house doesn't burn down as I sleep. Beware the electrician with many coupons, they may be the only reason they get business! Do what I did, call Mr. Electric. Notice all the good reviews came over a year ago, what happened to this company to make it fall off?

I weighed many options before I decided to work with Advanced Electrical Services for the first time—and I was NOT disappointed in my final decision!  

In the service industry, often the challenge as a consumer, is finding a company that will do QUALITY work at an AFFORDABLE price.  Often times, you must sacrifice one, in order to obtain the other.  I did not find this to be the case with Advanced Electrical Services--this due in large part to my technician, Doug Perry. 
 
Doug’s attitude of “If I’m going to do this, I’m going to make sure it’s done well,” was impressive!

His attention to the smallest details was astounding, while always making sure the work being done was up to my expectations.  He took the time to give his professional opinion, often explaining the pros and cons of each particular option.  Doug leaves you with the feeling that he’s working on his OWN house—not just completing Job #3, on Day #4 of this week.

Upfront pricing is nice, as it leaves for no surprises at the end of a job.  But Doug also does a nice job of laying out many options, working to find a solution that was satisfactory to my budget AND my expectations.

Even my experiences with Sasha were exceptional.  She fielded numerous scheduling questions and phone calls from me, and I could tell she was more than happy to provide me with whatever updates and information I was looking for.  A fantastic communication link!

This company’s employees have the honesty, integrity, sincerity, professionalism, and the expertise that you wish the entire world operated on.  

Thanks again for the quality work, positive experience, at an up-front, reasonable cost.  Will be looking to work with you again in the future!!

Very impressed with this company!! They were fast, very friendly, and did a great job. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done! I know its the only company I will use for now on and I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends!! Thank you A.E.S. for your great service!!
