It should really be a 0 it's all about Corporate 
When corporate comes along you see management scattering cleaning stuff up once Corporate leaves it's all the same again, dirty smelly. Some nurses are just there to put their time in to get paid. State has been called in so many times but of course when they are there it's a scramble for management to make it look good. Surprised also how it's still open the ones who suffer are the patients while management stays in their office. The food is the worse for the patients, bringing in food from outside always make the patients smile. That's not even talking about bed bugs and roaches and aides working their butts off which some aides do more for the patients.
Money is what it's all about would never recommend this place I tell my friends find somewhere else to take your loved one

This place is a joke and barely poorly-managed, they offered me a job and then didn't even pay me for about a month and then terminated the employment upon my endless calls to corporate who never even returned the calls. I'm speaking on the kitchen side I don't know about the rest of the place. But any company that would treat their employees that way when most likely treat the residents like s*** too

I spent time in this facility and enjoyed it. They have an exceptional rehab team and nursing staff.

Horrible is like the hell,the nursing staff is awful,the respiratory terapista,is rude,they have mi mom ,practically dieing in less than 48 hours ,dirty,n smell so bad,i dont know how still open this place,the famous dr,they have for emergency,never appear,dark n depriment,,never leave your loved ones in this people hands,if really u care,is like horror movie
