My parents had roof damage after the storm, their neighbor had their roof taken off, repairs made and new roof put on in one day. We spoke to Ken Rivera at that time he was very informative, professional and familiar with the process. After shopping around we went with Advance Home Solutions and all work was complete in one day with complete satisfaction.

Mr. Ken RIvera came to my home and introducing me to their service.  He was very polite and answered all my questions.  I have to say it was the best decision I have ever made.  The job was done within two months. My roof is beautiful .    I'm one happy customer.  Thank you Advance Home Solutions and Ken Rivera.

Advanced Home Solution did a great job on my roof, Ken Rivera did a great job helping me with the insurance company and mange the project very well. Would recommend this company to anyone who need work on their home.

I have had nothing but bad experiences in the past with my insurance company. They don’t want to pay for what they should. I had a great experience with the AOB. It allowed the contractor to handle the claim and get me what was supposed to be paid for. It took all the stress off me. I paid only my deductible and it was easy. Yes, it took sometime, but everyone one is backed up right now and I wanted to use a in state contractor. Thanks

Do not trust this company PLEASE do your research.  This company convinces you to sign a contract that they represent you, they take your insurance money and then don't show up for work.  They have had my parents prisoners for 7 months.  They don't return phone calls, they don't show up to work.  Then they come and start a job and leave and never return.  If you hire this company they will leave you waiting for the work to be complete for years.  This company is the most disgusting group of people I have ever encountered.  I will be spreading the word.  They don't even deserve 1 star.
