We had them come twice. The first time they only sprayed the kitchen and living room when we needed the bathroom and basement done as well. They came a second time for free and said “if this doesn’t work then there’s some bad news” whatever that means. Bad service; doesn’t listen. And $120 for the first time? And we still saw bugs? No thank you. Saw bugs IMMEDIATELY after the 2nd spray also. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

This is our second quarter using advanced and I have never been more please with a bug man! Tracey is amazing and always calls to let me know what he did, he's wonderful along with the girls in the office. So impressed with the professionalism and quality. Not to mention price is excellent. Would recommend to anyone searching for a great company! Thank you Advanced for taking care of my home!!!

I understand that things can come up and the person who was supposed to come and spray the house had not showed up--over an hour than what the appointment was. When he did show up though , he was apologetic for the situation and very nice. However, the receptionist had an attitude. Had called her to ask why the person had not showed up and that it has been over an hour , she told me that things came up and that we are so busy. She never said sorry .  Im busy too that's why the appointment was made at that time , she could have at least given me a heads up by calling and saying sorry. Again , no empathy on the phone and basically acted like it was problem that I had called to check up on what was going on. She never apologized for the situation :(

They left my front door open and I didn't live in a good neighborhood at the time.
