Be Careful with these people. So many hidden fees and Never clear on explaining. They will tell you yes yes yes everything is included in the price but they are liars and dishonest people. They r middle man and forward your information to others companies and charge them fee to ship u out.

RUN,RUN,RUN-AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY.......

DO NOT WASTE your money on any of the packages this company offers. You'll end up PAYING THOUSANDS and what you'll get in return are strategies that are either NOT TRUE or just plain DON'T WORK. 

* They'll tell you that you can get all your money back if you aren't successful by giving you a money back guarantee that when you read the fine print is next to impossible to claim.

Continuing the promise of a money back guarantee each time a new “opportunity” that cost thousands was presented. Each money back guarantee came with more conditions that needed to be met in order to actually get the money back. Again no mention of the conditions when the “guarantee” was promised.

Telling us they would a fund deals for us with minimal money needed from us. The conditions were that they would take a small portion of the profit in return. In reality we were sent to a company called USA Private Money that required us to provide 20% of the funds plus interest points and monthly interest only payments at 12% ARP.

Making us believe we could get an offer accepted at pennies on the dollar, which is not true.

Leading us to believe banks would accept below 75% of asking price, which is not true. 

Encouraging us to sign up for more pieces of the puzzle that we are missing only to find out they give us the same information as the very first seminar. 

I could go on, my point is to save someone else from what this company has cost me and many others.

When I had questions, their customer service team was quick to answer. All the coaches that I've talked to have had such a vibrant and positive energy, they make me feel like I could climb Everest. Our conversations always leave me feeling energized and motivated.

I tossed almost $15K down the toilet with this scam operation. They promise $ to help you complete deals, knowing  full well you are tapped out just to pay for the "education". Big surprise -- NO $$ available to help with deals - all on student to round up investors i.e.famiy, friends or ?? Since I didnt know anyone with $$ to invest in my unproven 'business' I got nowhere and lost my investment to this bogus operation. Nice job taking advantage of a disabled person. Real class act. I'm shocked HGTV continues to work with Tarek and Christina El Moussa, the Flip or Flip icons, as they are neck deep in this scam. I call FOUL!
