ARS contacted me about 3 small outstanding health care invoices for their client Emergency Recovery Systems-NJ. in February of 2015. I was able to give them check numbers and dates those checks cleared my bank, but was unable to provide them with information on the oldest healthcare charge as my banking institution did not have records dating that way in the past. I questioned how Emergency Recovery Systems-NJ could sell such old accounts, ones clearly processed and paid. Could ARS assist me with the oldest charge? Could they contact their client to confirm their books and records? Could they assist me in obtaining information from my bank for their client's oldest charge? I heard nothing,assumed that Emergency Recovery verified their records and determined that all 3 charges were indeed paid. I reviewed my credit report, and ARS put the charge that I could not confirmed on to my report. ARS offered no assistance to me. I doubt they approached their client to clear this matter. Unprofessional! This business needs to be rated 'Poor', 'Sub-standard' and 'unworthy' for potential customers to associate their names with. I have requested a review of my account by ARS. Let's see how much they care about their reputation.
