Very knowledge staff they were able to resolve my car problems without costing me an arm and a leg. They were very upfront and honest through the entire process. Apparently they have have been doing auto repairs and tires for state and capital staff for over a decade. Highly recommend them.

Charles bailed me out big time. On my way to work this morning my motorcycle ran out of gas. I was pushing it past Advanced Tire and Charles a Technician there asked me if I needed help, I just told him that I was out of gas and was pushing it to the nearest gas station which is not close by any means (2 miles pushing a 300 pound bike). Charles offered to give me a ride and let me use the shops gas can. I would have been ridiculously late to work if it wasn't for him.

My car over-heated on the freeway and I saw this shop right as I pulled over.  It was early in the  morning before they were open and I was late for work. I had tools with me so I pulled out my thermostat and fixed it right there. My car leaked coolant all over their parking lot. When they arrived they were very friendly and super helpful in getting me back on the road. They let me use the bathroom to wash my hands and gave me water to put back in the radiator. I offered to pay for the mess I left in the parking lot, but they said it was not necessary. They said they would clean it up for me and sent me on my way. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I always go to Advanced Tires and Services for my oil changes on my Q5. I love taking it here because they also check on any other issues with my car while doing the oil change. This is so important! I drive family, clients, and a baby. Your car needs to be safe on the road and Advanced Tires helps me do that. Reasonable prices and great service!

I was six hours from home and started to hear a scraping noise from under the car. I pulled into this shop and they were phenomenally friendly and helpful. The awesome mechanic immediately went to work and solved my problem (broken oil filter cover!) within minutes. Pulling into an unknown shop away from home can be scary, but these guys were great. Their shop was clean and neat. I would definitely recommend them to locals!
