Fast and friendly urgent care facility. We offer quality care in our newly remodeled office. All physicians, all the time. No appointments are needed, just come in. No insurance? No problem! We have very reasonable rates. Free parking in the back and free WiFi. We have a kid friendly waiting room and examination room with beautiful wall murals. We are a comprehensive urgent care center taking walk-ins. Our clinic is in the heart of Pasadena.

Very dishonest. The doctors just want to make money off of you. Trying to persuade you to take some test when it's not necessary. Lying about test result and doing some trick to make it worse, don't come here. No humanity at all. It' the worst when doctors are just for the money. Good thing god bless us and we did not fall into their trap, or else we will be another victim of their money source. It's better to go to real hospitals, small clinics like this just want to make as much profit as they can when they see you are naive about medical and health sense. 給會讀中文的朋友們， Pasadena Urgent Care 千萬不要去， 這裡的醫生們都很沒良心，沒人性。 我先生與我去那裡為他做TB test 因為工作需要。 他們醫生很壞，兩天後回去給他們read TB test result skin test, 被打針的地方不該搓柔，可是他們卻在讀取test 之前故意一直搓揉打針過的地方，讓整個皮膚看起來打針的地方紅紅變得很大，還好沒超過negative 的range. 真的很過分 ，當我們是白癡，皮膚搓揉過當然會變紅腫，整整搓揉至一分鐘，沒打針的人皮膚也會紅腫！ 怎麼會有這種醫生？。 想要賺取我們錢，居然做到這種地步！臉部紅氣不喘的當你面前騙你！很不敢相信過有這種沒人性醫生，把人當成什麼了？你們千萬不要去這個地方。 美國人的小診所都很壞，以tb skin test 名義來壓榨你一定要照x-ray. 明明什麼都沒有問題 已經是Negative result 還一直要叫你做Blood test 或x-ray, 神經病呀！ 建議到Arcadia 的診所，不要被騙了朋友們！ The worst thing is is when a doctor became a sales, remember that. If you notice something similar to a sales action from a doctor, you should leave right away and never return to the place again.

I am on a trip here and leaving from here to go on an even longer trip with the family -- I can't be ill. I have what appeared to me to be a sinus infection, and feel miserable. I found this facility online, read reviews, and went, hoping for the best. I am so glad that I did!! This place is unbelievably awesome!! Thank you so much!! Everyone at the facility was kind, professional, understanding, and caring from beginning to end. The check-in was simple and straightforward. I was given a cold bottle of water, which was very nice. The paperwork was simple to fill out and the receptionist was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know at that point. The nurse/P.A. was very friendly and listened carefully to my symptom. He also asked appropriate questions and listened to the answers. Dr. Segall is simply one of the best medical professionals that I have ever had treat me, and unfortunately I have had to have a lot. She was very receptive and responsive to my thoughts and concerns, and gave me a plan of action that will have me as good as new in no time. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. They are fantastic.

Wonderful Urgent Care! Everyone from the physicians to the assistant staff are professional, compassionate and kind. The facility is immaculate and runs smoothly and efficiently. Absolutely high praises for this place (coming from a health care professional myself). Many thanks particularly to Dr. Shomer & Salpie.

NONSENSE!! It doesn't even deserve a one star. I just got a call regarding a payment which was 4 months ago. Apparently they sent out an email to me which I have never received. Turns out they got the wrong email address. THIS IS A PRIVATE INFORMATION THAT IS BEING SENT OUT TO A STRANGER. They said they even sent out a paper mail to my home address which I have NEVER received as well. NEVER GO TO THIS URGENT CARE if you want to get billed after 4 months later while getting your information sent out to strangers.

Thank you to the staff of Advanced Urgent Care of Pasadena! Stellar group of nurses and doctors. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful.This is the kind of experience we should all have with medical practitioners. I now prefer going here than to my own GP. Thank you again!!!
