I wasn't going to put this on here but its been bothering me and It wasnt handled right, disrespectful, and unprofessional especially when it had to do with my parents. I couldn't get ahold of a manager because the only number they have posted is the one directed to that lady. My dad went into Advantage 1 on E.s blvd Friday to insure his vehicle he recently got with title and all. He didn't noticed until Monday the lady insured the other vehicle that is broke down Instead of the new one. Well, he had me call Monday which I did politely. She rudley responded "i put whatever papers were given to me and he would need to go in. I told her okay he wanted me to call so you would understand. Because my dad does have a spanish accent.Well my mom calls after she gets off to let her know because she was with my dad that day. The lady I think by the name Kay hangs up on my mom while she's talking. All my parents want is there vehicle insured. Especially after paying $$ So they go to Advantage 1 on east side blvd. My mom tries to explain she even made a copy of the title the lady immedately says "I don't remember" and says why didn't you tell me you were married. Mom replied "you didnt ask me since they're previous clients. Point is she told them she isn't dealing with them she had three calls and to go some where else. Mom says as she was walking out she did tell the lady ""I think your racist" The lady responded "I'm Mexican stupid" 
To me I don't care what/how the clients act or react but you should never lose your cool like that. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
