Our Nissan Altima would not start. AAA towed it to Advantage. Shop determined it was loose ground wire from the alternator and tightened it which solved problem. I was thinking it was going to turn out to be bad starter. Best of all they didn't charge us anything. They are a good honest shop. 👍

First I only gave 4 stars because I only used Advantage once, however my first experience with them was excellent. What initially sets them apart is that they have a pleasant office manager who sets your expectations. She called to let me know the problem/estimate and called me when it was finished. I've gone to plenty of mechanics in which my car was there for a while, they never call you and you come to find out they can't fix it until tomorrow. Geez thank you for telling me nothing. NOT Advantage this office manager was on top of it. I had a recurring problem with an oil line and Advantage told me that whoever did the repair previously used coolant lines to repair my car. That is why I had a recurring oil leak. Anyway for my first experience I give the an "A." I will definitely use them again.

If you ever have trouble with your car, need any maintanance, this is the place to bring your car! If I could rate it higher I would! Excellent Service!!!!! They are the Best!!!!!
