This is horrible service both from the representative in the field and over the phone. Please just take your 300$ and just go buy traps/ poisons yourself (mice problems)

I called advantage for mice control. 
The representative came over, and lay 8 traps (in garage, kitchen, and basement) and he left. I was expecting him to have a thorough check up on the walls to see if there is any cracks, or identify if there is any potential risk with the structure. He did not do that and just charged me 300$+.

2 weeks later, I called Advantage and I asked if there was a follow up visit, they said it is usually conducted 2 month later. Fine, so I waited 2.5month later and I called them, the rep over the phone said if I don't see any more mouse, there is no more and she congratulated me. At this point, I felt that this company is so irresponsible. 
4 month later, there is mouse in the house again, I called them because there is warranty, and they did come over. The Rep show up, and replaced the poison in all of the traps and left again. I asked him if he should check the walls or stairs. He said he checked already and nothing wrong. But that is impossible as I waited for him outside, and watched him get off his car and I greeted him then and we both walk into the house. If he checked the exterior of the house, I would know. He left within 5-10min, literally came in and replaced the poison (which I could have bought at walmart). He was in such a rush to leave. I asked what happens if there is mice again, and he started telling me if I want warranty, I can pay again and get warranty. 

This is horrible service both from the representative in the field and over the phone. Please just take your 300$ and just go buy traps/ poisons yourself.

Wonderful and extremely professional customer service. We had a carpet beetle infestation that got out of hand due to us being in the NICU for 4 months because our daughter came 14 weeks early. Paul explained that because we were using steam and not insecticides to tackle the problem the infestation was going to be harder to address, but he and the Advantage team really helped us out. I'm very grateful for the excellent service I received from them and I would highly recommend going with Advantage. Thank you again Paul!

Contacted Advantage Pest Control after reading the great reviews on Google. We have a yellow jacket hornet problem in the front yard and we needed help getting rid of them. The gentleman who arrived was extremely rude and blamed us for the problem. I tried to ask questions regarding how long the treatment (powder) takes before it starts to work and I was completely ignored. When I told him I wasn't pleased with his customer service and that I was going to call the office, he stated that if I called the office he would charge me more??? Nevertheless, I called the office and spoke with Paolo who was very professional and apologized on behalf of the technician. I was pleased with the way the office handled the situation and i wasnt charged extra however, I will not be using this company again.

These guys are amazing! They respond in a timely manner and call to let you know if they are running late. The technician (Tom) that came took his time and answered all my questions. I've used them twice before and will stick with them for life! Thanks Advantage for always helping me solve my pest problems. Thanks Tom for being so polite and courteous.

Paolo and the team at Advantage Pest Control were referred to us through friends and it was a great experience.  Had issues with carpenter ants, grubs and carpenter bees in both front and back. Quick turnaround from initial call to service, with supportive follow ups to questions as I needed.  Would gladly refer them further and use them again.
