Simply called to get a quote and ask about a certain vehicle style I needed and was told they cannot guarantee it will be available. Needed to be certain I’d get a full size SUV for a family trip and they simply could not guarantee it. Will not be doing business with this company especially if this is how it starts.

Most unprofessional car rental business I've ever dealt with. The girl behind the counter, Sylvia, was not helpful in any manner and I watched her insult my 68 year old mother. Beyond rude. They require a $200 deposit to be placed on a credit card. However, if you are a local, they require a $350 deposit. Something they do not disclose up front. I'm baffled at the way this 20 something year old spoke to an elderly woman needing a car rental for simply a day and we had a reservation. I was so appalled at her rudeness I made my mom walk away with me and told her we can figure something else out for a car. If you can get shuttled to a local car rental service away from the airport or use a different business, I strongly suggest doing so. If I could give negative stars, I would. Stay away!

Horrible customer service at Sanford Airport!! Stay away from this people... charge you for what ever they want and wont give back your money!!
