Is there a lower score possible? Purchased windows 6 weeks ago.  I had to follow up with them when the windows were supposed to be installed. They miraculously arrived the day I called. The scheduled an installation day, then called when they were supposed to be at our house; two of the windows were fabricated wrong; and of course this NEVER happens. They will arrive in 2 1/2 weeks. It has now been 3 1/2 weeks. I have called and left multiple messages. No one calls me back. Do yourself a favor; work with someone who follows on their commitments. These guys are engaging and nice when you meet with them. I honestly think they are just EXTREMELY disorganized. I PROMISE IT IS NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION OF ANY MONEY YOU MAY SAVE!!!

This company is absolutely AWFUL!! My husband just called this company by mistake and talked to someone there who didn't identify themselves so not sure if it was the owner or an associate or what. He meant to call a different window company instead. He was treated absolutely TERRIBLE and when my husband told the employee that we had a problem with one of our kitchen windows and needed it replaced, the guy told him to "find your contract." When my husband explained that we hadn't had to do that before and that he wanted someone to just come out and fix the window, I could hear the guy yelling at him through the phone saying, "don't threaten me!" It was UNBELIEVABLE! I would highly recommend that anyone considering doing business with this company rethink their choice! Bad vibes!

Bill and John are great guys. I ordered windows from them about ten years ago and have been very happy with them. Fast forward to present day and I needed to replace my basement windows. John came out and spent the time to discuss my options and give professional advice as to what style of window would work best for our needs. 

Advantage Windows, has the best price for professionally installed windows, their sales reps are experienced window people, they know from an installers perspective what windows will be the best fit for your home and your needs.

Rest assured, you won't be unhappy with your decision to purchase your windows from Bill and John at Advantage Windows & Doors.

The company verified an appointment to quote window replacements and never showed up. We also did not receive a courtesy call that they couldn't make it. I imagine an accident could have occurred or some other unforeseeable event; however, it's been over a week without any communication from the company. I will not call them again.

This is the greatest window company ever! Definitely 10 stars, tops them all. First of all,  John came out and out bid all the others for a much better window. Informed us, taught us, listened to our concerns for individual treatment with certain windows, and went over everything thoroughly. Precise measurements went great for the installers. About the installers: smooth job, good calking and sealing, excellent work, neat, and careful as they worked, took pride in their work. We are happy! Chose the right company for sure among many others that came out and bid on our windows.
