Bad service from the front desk! Went this morning at 9 said they are no longer accepting walk-ins so I was told to come back at 1 as they will be taking in afternoon walk-ins. I go at the time I was told on the dot and was told they aren't not accepting any walk-ins today. These people need to get their facts straight and not waste our time. Better look somewhere else that's more honest.... The doctors are good though if you can get in. Long wait times even with appointment

I called ahead, gave my insurance info over the phone, made an appointment to see the pediatrician and asked if I could bring my baby in too for the appointment. They said yes and everything was set up. I went in 15 minutes early, waited 45 minutes and asked when will my kids be seen? They said soon. 15 minutes later still waiting. They also said that they could see the baby but couldn't give her the vaccines. I said ok, lets just see my 3 year old who has the appointment at this time and not my baby. They also said they had to check my insurance. This should have been done already when I gave them my information over the phone. My insurance is through Adventist Health, it even says it on the card. The waiting room just has a loud tv, no coloring sheets, no crayons, no books, no magazines, no toys. I would recommend going elsewhere if you have insurance. Especially if you have kids. Other places are more suitable for kids and much less of a wait time. We ended up just leaving and not seeing the pediatrician.

Dr. Linda Combs is excellent. My wife saw her in urgent care today and she was extremely helpful on treating my wifes migraine and nausea.

So I had an appointment at 9:15am. I got here like around 9:12am and my name got called around 9:40ish am. Now it's 10:13 am , I'm still waiting for the professionals to just "print out the result of my blood works" and maybe explain some of the bad stuff in there. The wait is crazy over here. I have to do a book review , term paper, and homeworks. I could have used that 20 mins to buy me some breakfast burrito.
