I understand COVID has a lot of people stressed out however when I called a couple of months back to get quotes on vacations the lady was extremely unprofessional and literally told me she was too busy to look up resorts for me. She never followed back up either. The first phone call really sets the tone for how someone would handle a situation if something popped up during our trip. Because of our interaction we decided to go with someone out of state who we know will take care of us and treat us as a priority not an inconvenience. Who ever does the hiring needs to be sure to train their employees on customer service. We always want to support local any chance we get but we expect good customer service.
