This company is a hidden gem for resources and education in regard to Medicare Advantage Plans. They help all professionals that are working with 65 and over get the most out of their health care plans and plan according to their particular needs. This is an incredible resource for insurance agents to find out how to help with Medicare Advantage Plans for their 65 and over clients. The staff is amazingly caring and informed.

I had the same experience as Steve V. I was contracted with Advocate Health under an FMO without my knowledge.  When I asked for a release of my contract they refused.  I filed a complaint with the BBB and a their lawyer sent me a letter stating I was slandering their reputation.  I had to wait 60 days and Humana was able to contract with me directly once they knew the situation.

I have been with Advocate Health LLC for a little over a year. I haven't produce much business for the company and recently requested a release. I was instructed to go through Humana, but Humana informed me that Advocate Health can release me. If Advocate Health had release me, it would be a much faster process. This company have ignored my request. 

I got nothing against Advocate Health, but I caution anyone.
