Terrible service! Worst experience with an insurance company ever (I am close to 50 yo). We have had multiple policies over the last 15+ years with Advocate (one of their first customers after they opened in their original tiny space!). Recently the service has been down the drain and once we got wise and broke away our new (competent) agent directed us to much better policy coverage and rates! These guys at Advocate don't even know how to open email attachments! They will tell you this and that and "oh don't worry we got it" (especially the owner Garth) then no follow up or follow through. The new agent at Advocate who had been assigned to our policy had to be reminded by me several times that our commercial coverage was about to expire and he still allowed it to lapse! After multiple emails and calls from us he still could not get it done!  Never even received a new proper quote. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise however because our new agent at Focus 1 Group directed us to much better coverage at way better rates. My wife, daughter and I would NEVER do business with Advocate Insurance again.  NEVER.
