Terrible service. It says they work till 7.30 on Mondays, so I came at 6.50. Woman was rude and didn’t take care of me. I was really sick and surprised by awful service.

Now that Dr. Bayer is no longer there, i see no point in staying.  I will not take my child to the two doctors that have previously missed her pneumonia by dismissing more than a week worth of low-grade fever.  We will miss Dr. Bayer...

Absolutely awful experience.  I went there for loss of hearing in my left ear.  Was told to take decongestants and come back if that did not work to possibly try steroids as a treatment.  I went back 5 days later with the exact same issue as I was instructed.  Saw the NP who was completely rude.  I was treated as if I was wasting her time.  She did not even want to look at my ear.  Then I was billed more for the second visit instead of for a follow visit.  When I questioned that, I was told that they never told me to come back according to the notes.  This is a total lie.  I had to leave three messages before their billing department called me back.  They are rude, inconsiderate and have dishonest billing practices.  Stay away!

I loveeeee this place so much my son has been seeing Dr. Bayer since he was born. The nurse Betty in pediatrics is amaaaazing she is a sweetheart and actually remembers everything about your children and your family. I usually see Dr. Mcgrath and Dr. George they are very good but look annoyed all the time and not very personable. The front desk lady named Vicki is the nicest sweetest person ever. I will neverrr switch!!!!
