If you're at the Hershey outlets, don't bother with AEO. This store has lousy customer service - employees much more interested in cracking jokes with each other than with offering you any help. Fitting rooms are locked and it takes a while to get someone to open them. Ringing up at the register, be careful to note that you're charged according to the deals being advertised because these people are certainly not going to pay any attention to that type of detail. Better to purchase AEO merchandise online than be subjected to this toxic store. And better to visit an outlet store in Hershey like, Famous Factory Brands, where they understand good service and are happy to help you.
