just had STEVE out to my mothers' house to fix the furnace...couldn't have been nicer, more efficient ,timely...did i say nicer ?

Called while having issues with the air conditioning over the summer on a very hot day, the day after settlement on the home!!!  The gentleman on the phone spent a lengthy amount of time talking my husband through a temporary fix!!  
They then came out the next weekday (didn't want to pay off hours rates) and they fixed air conditioner as promised!  
We started a service contract and they came back out, cleaned furnace and replaced filter as promised. 
They delivered propane as needed. And the office staff is exceptional!!!!   
We are so happy we chose them!!! ;)

Beware! Biggest rip off in the business! If you lock in with this company be sure to give notice in writing even though the contract does not require it! They will say they can't find your recorded call! That is their way of ripping people off!  I didn't want to give this company any stars! I will never use them again!

The salesperson PUSHED his material through my french doors, landing them in front of my refrigerator, while my family and I were not home.  His excuse was that he is the father of 5, and other companies "steal" their materials!  Do not patronize this company!!!  The sales manager said he was sorry if their sales techniques offended me.  Trespassing offends me!

They are ok for fuel oil delivery but for service, they will rip you off. Was quoted on the phone work would be done by the hour but when the work was actually done it was billed at flat rate prices rather than by the hour making it quite a bit more expensive. Be careful with trusting what this company will tell you over the phone....they got my business my making pricing promises but didn't deliver and made sure I paid signficantly more.
