I called Aetna to update my address.   I was told it was updated.   I then received mailings from Active Health to the old address.   I checked in with my Aetna Health concierge to get my address updated at Active Health.   They replied with "We have reviewed your policy and did 
not find anything with Active Health that is affiliated with Aetna so it may be the reason why they do not have your correct address."   That left me quite stumped with how to proceed.   I then asked them if Active Health was a scam corporation since they don't appear to be affiliated with Active Health.   They then gave me a number to call at Active Health to get my address updated.   I called this number and spoke with Marie who after about 15 minutes of spelling and re-spelling my name, put me on hold twice, then asked for my hire date and the company I work for.  After that, she wanted my birth date and asked me to re-spell my name again.  After she couldn't get the spelling correct, I finally couldn't take this anymore and hung up.   Terribly Poor service at Aetna & Active Health.
