Sent here for a physical for daughter. Nice looking and clean facility. Front reception was very helpful, efficient and a pleasant. Seems much better than when I was here many years ago. Cost a bit more than I expected but still reasonable for service.

I have received urgent care multiple time here. Th doctors are kind and patient. Good service. Value for money along with insurance, my co pay has always been very reasonable.

Don't even consider this place for even a normal medical exam. Inexperienced doctor and staff plus they all very rude. If you go there in a good mode they will make you feel sick the way they treat you. 

I paid $100 and I got Nothing from this place but rudeness, waiting time (not express anymore) and wasting three days of my work just because their new young doctor diagnoses me wrong. Totally rip off.

I will make sure to reverse my recommendation for this place to many of my friends. Hopefully, you will just close down your business soon so next time you hire experience and polite people in your business.

Don't EVER set foot inside this "Dr's Office". I went to get antibiotics for an infection and needed them urgently. Initially they were nice and I received no issues. Dr was quick and friendly, gave my me prescription and everything was fine. However, they are a SCAM. They charged me MORE than what my insurance deductible was and are receiving both my money and the reimbursement from the insurance claim and are telling me that "that's how our office is run" therefore admitting they are a FRAUD. They do not tell their patients to come claim their refunds because they keep it all. I've been led around the moment I told them they charged me wrong. I've been given fake names, false promises for a refund and ignored requests for the owner, whom I believe doesn't actually exist. Horrible service, if I could give this company a -5 stars I would. Investigation will follow soon. Do NOT go in here. Plenty of urgent cares around that won't scam you.

I've visited Doctors Express a few times in the past couple years and received prompt, excellent service. When my husband fell and split his forehead, requiring stitches, the doctor and nurses were very efficient and caring. The staff is always helpful and the owner, Laura Fabbro, has been recognized by Mayor Yaede and many others for her outstanding service to the community. I'm happy to highly recommend the best urgent care center around.
