If I could rate this place a negative 3 stars I would. Brought a family member here a few months ago with symptoms of infection. They ignored that he mentioned that he thought it was an infection, didn't want to run any tests to see if there was an infection and sent him out with a diagnosis of a sprained neck. He then went through rounds of physical therapy which he did not need. And here we are 6 months later and the infection has spread and become a very serious issue. AFC can prepare for a lawsuit. Do not trust these people to take care of you or your loved ones! They do not care about their patients.

Facility was clean, up to date, and maintained well. In and out in under an hour. Staff was courteous, got right to the point, and didn't treat me like I was stupid. Will come back when I need simple medical care., hopefully never though.

We were visiting from out of state when my son had a sore throat and fever. We suspected strep. Brought him to Doctors Express and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. They were friendly, fast, and professional. Would recommend to anyone wanting great service for any urgent care problem. Strep was positive and we a getting prescription filled now. Thanks Doctors Express!!

I had a horrible experience here. The nurses and doctor did not communicate at all so they had no idea what tests had already been run and what tests still needed to be done. When running a test on me the doctor asked me what she should do, and then didn't seem confident when performing the test. When I asked if the antibiotic I was prescribed would react with my current medication, the nurse told me she was not aware I was on a medication even though I had told them three times. The nurse then told me to go to the pharmacy and ask them instead of the doctor. Turns out the doctor prescribed me an antibiotic I was allergic to. I would not recommend this urgent care.
