I have a very nice experience. The women behind the desk were very nice. They were very helpful to me and my daughter.  I hope they get more recognition for their hard work with a raise.

One star is for not accepting a person who is in need of urgent care, only to be told CAN I COME BACK TOMORROW. It was 7:31pm. I was told they wasn't Seeing anymore patients by a receptionist, because the doctor has been at the urgent care since 7 am. Office hours is from 7am-8pm. There was only like 5 other people waiting. That's very unprofessional, unacceptable and bad when you turn someone away when there sick. I truly believe the receptionist was bias towards reason is when I told I wanted to see a doctor she rolled her eyes and sighed and then asked can I come back tomorrow. Nope can't come back tomorrow  I will never come there again and be discriminated.

Great service. Front desk was very welcoming, was seen right away, the nurse kept a smile on at all times, listened to my concerns and related it to the doctor, the doctor was great. Best urgent care visit so far, definitely will revisit this location if I can’t get to my primary doctor.

Cheryl, Ashley, Gina, and Dr Odatalla  were amazing. I appreciate this facility because everyone is very nice and helpful. Great care for me and my kids!

DOCTOR NISHIDA  IS VERY EXCELLENT IN SYMPSTON, SHE GAVE ME PAIN KILLER INJECTION, PRESCRIPTIONS,  AND PHYSICAL THERAPHY ON MY TENDONITIS  JANUARY 14, 2018, VERY EXCELENT. I WILL COME AGAIN
