My visit was not a good experience my ear was in pain the doctor tell me to put a hot compress on it any more problems let him know. They call me to see if I am feeling better and I tell them it's actually worst and the person say if I come back they will charge an additional co pay. What is the point of the doctor saying let him know and what is the point of the follow up call if this place is not going to follow through. You know what the staff member said "Oh it's just a courtesy call" RIDICULOUS!!!!! I WILL NOT RETURN FOR THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I love this place! They are all friendly , thorough and great with follow ups. I never wait long, and it's extremely clean . I highly recommend this place! I’ve always had an out of this world experience

Worst Experience in My Life!!! Tried to go here last night and they denied to see my son!! The ladies at the front desk were so rude and ignorant. They wanted me to sign a paper that another company would keep my credit card information on file. They had no paperwork on this other company and said if I don't sign he couldn't be seen. Nowhere on the document did it state that and the sign in the office did not either. The ladies told me that anywhere I tried to go to be seen that they had to same rules. This is not true at all! I went down the street to another one and they told me they never heard of this. Also informed me to report them right away!

Stopped in with flu symptoms. Was seen immediately, treated with respect and given prescriptions right away. Would definitely recommend.

Nice staff, in without a long wait. I loved the follow up call to check on me. Very professional. I would definitely go back again if the need arises.
