Firstly, I'm a REALLY hard person to aggrivate.  A year ago, I'd given him 5 stars, but these last few months have been comically unprofessional.  He's great at what he does, but has become completely unavailable.  I have ulcerative colitis and started a flare back in August, when I made an appointment.  I came in and saw his PA, who prescibed some steriods and he also setup a colonoscopy with Dr. Yared.   My precedure went well, but my colitis was very severe. Dr. Yared prescibed me another medication after the colonoscopy and wanted me to come back in a month.  The rest is complete incompitance!   For some reason, my pharmacist had to get a faxed confirmation from them for my insurance to pay for my precripton.  He, my wife, and I called several times and were told they would send it, which never happened. This went on all the way up to my next appointment, where I thought I was going to go over my $4,000 colonoscopy results with Dr. Yared.  Well, his PA walks in again.  I was disappointed, but not upset.  I told him about my issue with my medication that I still havent been able to get.  He then very persistantly tells me that he doesn't think I should be taking that and writes a different presciption, overwriting the one I had from the doctor.  When making my next appointment, I tell them that I would like to see Dr. Yared.  I was told he only sees patients on Tuesday, which was fine.  I just wanted to see the Doctor to go over my colonoscopy results,  that were concerning, from September.  My November appointment comes around and I get a call that he won't be in town.  I calmly say, "ok" and they make it for December.  I JUST GOT ANOTHER CALL WITH THE SAME STORY!!!   I just told them that I'd call them back.  That means that even if my appointment goes as planned for January, then It would have been 4 months since my colonoscopy to go over it with my doctor.  UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

I love Dr. Bridgette and the nurse that help with her triage. Dr. Bridgette and the nurse were very understanding and insightful.  I would have given 5 stars if the receptionist was nicer.  I mean you are the first person a patient sees, don't tell a mom, her 2 year old will be okay until her appointment in the morning. But I don't want the point to be missed that the health care treatment given was excellent.  Thank you!

Other than having a long wait sometimes everything else is fine.

Dr. Hess and Dr. Gore are great. I've been to the express care several time with little to no wait. Love affinity would highly recommend going there

I have seen Dr. Hawes on multiple occasions and he always kindly, efficiently and very sympathetically addressed my concerns. His knowledge of medicine and ability to allay my fears is greatly appreciated. He does input information into his laptop as do all of my docs now since they all have electronic records. I will continue to see him as long as he is in practice and am thankful he's my doc.
