I'm going to write a honest review of Greg Wiley. As a person Greg is a good guy from what I can tell a bit tempermental, yet all in all I think he is a nice guy. As for an bankruptcy attorney he gets a big fat 0 (zero) he did a bankruptcy for me and he left my business open to a judgement from a collection agency. OF which they sued my business and won because because he filed a personal bankruptcy rather than a business one and led me to believe my business was protected under the bankruptcy and it wasn't. Will I pursue this yes will I recommend Greg as a lawyer to represent you or your business in a bankruptcy no.....

He got me what I wanted when other lawyers did not. I talked to 2 lawyers who said I could not get a Chapter 7 but he said with some work, he thought it would happen. He got it done. I had to get him more paperwork than other lawyers asked but he got what I wanted and needed. I recommend. I recently called him because I lost my discharge. He sent it to me. I talked to a friend who told me that his lawyer always charged him for things like that. He just scanned and sent it.
