Terrible product.  The showroom model looked great, but it seems like a bait and switch.  Keith uses green wood for all his work.  Once the parts dried out there were significant cracks throughout and construction that was tight at first became so loose as to be unusable.  The head and foot boards twist and wobble.  The end tables wiggle like a kids toy.  Other than a few lag bolts he used drywall screws and didn't pre-drill so they made the cracking worse.  Keith's "lifetime warranty" seems to depend on if he cares.  After driving &gt;100 miles to pick up the bed, he gave me a wrong part.  It then took days of back and forth to agree to a meet in the middle pickup arrangement for the replacement part.  The replacement part is critical to the design and has since warped into a major curve that is unusable.  At this point, I've spent &gt;$350.00 including purchase price, fuel costs for two pickup trips and refinishing supplies for a bed I can't even use.  Keith has stopped responding to my texts so all I can do is leave this poor review and hope it has an impact.  Buyer beware!

Purchased at state fair, so the order took longer than the one week quite, but we weren't in a hurry, so it wasnt a problem. No directions for putting the bed together, nut its pretty simple. No more difficult than IKEA furniture! Bed looks great and well built, and the custom artwork is beautiful!

This has been the worst experience buying furniture that i have ever had. To start off i opted to but the metal art work and the finish on the bed. I was told it was going to be done one day and while on my way he calls me and then tells me it is not done. So I turn back around, mind you it is 100 miles round trip for me. He didn't apologize. Then I have I have a family member pick up the bed for me. He over charged her by $25 dollars. I called him right away. He says "its only $25" then says my family member could turn around and get the $25. I explained that it is a really long drive and they were already half way home. He then proceeded to tell me to "ease up". He mailed the $25 after i said that would be the best way because I was going to be unable to come down there. So then i see the bed, which of course is not assembled. However it comes with NO instructions on assembly. There are peices of angled wood that has to be screwed in. The screws that were provided were for dry wall and caused places where he used it to crack. The wood had not been sanded at all. It snagged on everything and would give you splinters. So if you didn't guess the wood did not have the Polyurethane finish that i paid for. The metal was also missing part of what I asked for. My husband contacted Keith over this. He refused to give us any kind of money back for the metal work. After sending multiple pictures of bed frame finally agreed to give us $25 dollars for the finish. Even though I paid him $75 dollars for the finish and he did not put it on. We spent at least two + hours putting it together then sanding it so we wouldn't get cut or splinters. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. This was a horrible experience and not affordable at all. Keith was sarcastic and did not care about the mistakes he made at all. When he had a chance to help rectify the matter he didn't. We are now going to have to pay for and do the finish ourself.

We bought a king size log bed from them. It took a couple weeks to have made and was really easy to put together. Took me about 30 minutes to put together. Very good price and a great looking bed!

The bed was not well made. It has been a disappoint since DAY 1.  The bed is falling apart and it's less than 6 months old. The parts DO NOT join together correctly. The bolts/screws are not adquate for the size of the materials.
