I realize it's Christmas, but I woke this morning with a dead water heater and no hot water.... They advertise 24/7/365.  Well....someone did answer the phone and take my information and that a technician would call me within 15 minutes....no call.  Called back and they assured me someone would call...never got that call.  Super disappointed.....Got the exact same treatment from one other service claiming 24/7/365.  Again....so very disappointed.

I would like to thank you for the excellent level of service your company provided during our recent plumbing problem. The plumbers that worked on our home were knowledgeable, courteous and very conscientious about keeping the mess in our home to a minimum. I would also like to acknowledge Fernando. He was very helpful and it was a pleasure working with him.
