Serving our community for 30 years now. We go beyond the standard of customer satisfaction to the standard of customer delight. Customers call us to solve a problem. We want you to be our customers for life! We specialize in plumbing as well as HVAC (heating, ventilating, air conditioning) services. For plumbing, we do home repipes (replacement of polybutylene pipes) and repair, install and service both conventional and tankless water heaters. For HVAC, we do installations, changeovers, service and repair for your swamp coolers, refrigerated air systems and furnaces . We also offer duct cleaning, carbon monoxide testing, spring/fall changeovers for preferred customers who also get 10% off parts within their contract. What a great company to deal with.  Friendly appointment booker; very accommodating. Technician/Employee arrives within time frame supplied and calls to notify that he is on the way.  Very conscientious worker, cleaned up after himself, friendly, answered questions, just great! His name is Kurt, and he is primarily a plumber, but he was able to take care of my winter service call. I've used this company since moving here (approximately 2 1/2 years) and think they are terrific. And, although they discuss purchases and upgrades, they DO NOT push the most expensive ones on you. They explain the differences without making it sound as if taking a mid-priced one will cause your house to blow up!

I had that polybutylene (sp.) pipe in my house and had a leak.  Had the entire house re-piped.  Kurt and his crew did a great job, more than I expected.  They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, courteous, and very knowledgeable.  I am glad that I had them do this big job and feel it was worth every penny.  I had to call Kurt back one night for a small leak and he was here in minutes.  Great service!

Horrible customer service. I guess because it was 5pm he wanted to get home. Showed up not a hello just said old furnace get you a quote for New one 2600.00 the check furnace control board is out 500.00. Then 5min he’s done ✅ send you a email with the price of a new one. That’s 75.00 sign here. Out the door no good bye...! I think I’ll let someone else pay for their commercials!!  I think the 5 star rating are a joke!!  For real 😳???? Go somewhere else.. I did and definitely anyplace has to be better. I’d rather give the next guy 100.00 before I’d get these guys 1 cent..just saying!!!

Daniel G. with Affordable Service came out to address my furnace when it stopped blowing hot air.  Not only was the service call within the same morning I called, but he thoroughly explained the problem, fixed and performed additional services I needed to ensure the furnace was clean and up to factory standards.  I am extremely happy with Affordable Service and will be using them as my go-to for heating and plumbing calls!  Thanks again for the killer service!!!

We had a good experience with this company. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Daniel was our technician and he solved the issue by using the skills and resources he had available. Daniel was friendly and professional the entire time. We are looking forward to contacting Affordable for our climate control needs.
