This service is a complete and utter FAIL of customer service, extremely poorly ran and highly UNRELIABLE. Be prepared to wait FIVE and SIX HOURS when you are told only thirty minutes. This has happened to me with this "business" four days in a row! I would recommend that you walk rather than use them. You will arrive at your destination much faster on your own two feet and do not have to experience their ride behavior and unreliable service.

Drivers are barely available. Each time I call there are either no drivers available or will be available hours from the time you call. Maybe you guys should change your work hours.

They are not affordable! And only one in Jackson I had to Waite 2 hours for a cab it cause me 14 dollars to go 1 mile..

Worst customer service EVER!!!! They took 40 minutes to get to us , after they told us 15-20 mins.. the driver was rude as hell
