My last experience here was good. Not today. No restroom. Water jug is empty. Hot and no a/c. Line of 20+ b/c there are 8 stations and only 2 people working. Even the ticket machine is broken and the tickets are laying on the counter with the now serving sign off. Wifi? Yeah right. Plenty of country music, though!  This is the United States in 2018.

You *need* some more employees and a better system of numbering... Walked in to more than 20 people waiting and didn’t see a place to grab a number til I had been here more than 5 minutes. Luckily only one person walked in after me. Seems to be moving much slower than when it was at the old location. I used to come here because it was better than Deer Creek.

I was at this license office to pay my car sales tax and other fees.  The lady that had helped me thru this process was very professional and had a friendly manner.  I will be back here to renew other documents for my vehicle.  I am very pleased with the employees at this location!

Why all the negative about waiting. It's the DMV. There are busy times and times they aren't so busy. If this office is SO bad, then go to another. Go where the parking lot is full and there is no place close by to park and walk, then complain about that. People are as nice to you as you are to them most of the time. Never had an issue at this office. It's the customers, not the employees. The employees rock.

I have been using this office for years. NO MORE! The employees need to be trained to at least give the same answers to the same question. The most recent trip was to get plates for a new car. I have had Disabled plates for several years, but was told l needed a "letter of disability from my doctor". I requested a letter from my Primary care physician and took the letter in and was told l needed a "form" filled out by a doctor. MAKE UP YOUR MIND!
