After FX Customs

4 years ago I had AfterFx install a sound system, tinting, for several thousand $. Good experience and professional. A few weeks ago I made an appointment to have a new MAP sensor installed after speaking with BJ Curcio and getting a quote that included the part. On the day of my appt I drive 45 min only to have BJ say that they don't have the part and thought I'd be bringing it. He goes on to apologize for his error and says he'll make it up to me and would call later that day after determining when he'd receive the part from APR. No call, no follow up. This place has taken a dive. Look elsewhere for customer service and integrity. I tried The Shop in Norwalk for the first time, they're also an APR dealer, and was impressed with the owner, James Kakaletris. He knows the business, responds to inquiries promptly and understands the importance of keeping your word and customer service.
