This was my first time ever at Afternoon. I must say this is not your regular corn that that we're all used to. This is Korean corn dogs which is definitely one of a kind. I got the mozzarella corn dog and the mozzarella with the sweet potato which are yummy but it's just not something I'd eat all the time. If you're looking for something unique and tasty then this is for you. Go enjoy!
I would like to consider myself a corn dog connoisseur. Every time I see a corn dog on a menu it is a must for me. The ones here absolutely did not disappoint. Probably in the top 2 corndogs I’ve ever had. I got the mozzarella one and it was absolute yum. We also got some of the doughnuts and a lemonade which were both delicious and absolutely adorable.
A small, clean place with a very kind staff and great food at a good price! I went here to try potato mozzarella corn dog it was really really delicious and ended up buying a ton of other things. The tiramisu latte was yummy. I also bought 4 kinds of mochi donuts: churro, dark chocolate, milk tea, and coffee flavored. All tasted pleasant and not overly sweet, and the donut was sticky but still airy. I recommend these flavors! A staff member was polite and patient with us when we went to order and helped us through it. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here.
Delicious hotdog with so many different kind of varieties to choose from. Friendly customer service and the wall is full of cute pictures to take selfie with! My favorite is the noodle hotdog.
Cute spot, mochi donuts are ok, need stronger flavors and icing is a bit sweeter than others. We got chocolate, coffee, strawberry, black sesame and passion fruit. Best ones were black sesame, passion fruit and chocolate. Also tried their Dalgona iced latte and it was YUM!!
A very clean storefront with friendly staff behind the counter. Here you walk in and order off a kiosk. Pay there as well so credit cards are welcome. There's a few tabs on the menu so be sure to click around and see what they offer. I stopped in for some mochi donuts and to see what the "croffle" menu offerings are. I've had the corn dogs here before and they are pretty good. The mochi donuts were good - my kids enjoyed the cereal one and I like the passion fruit one tangy yet sweet. August 16, 2022 - if you're going to check out this spot, maybe don't go this week. Seems some cleaning is happening in the basement that's causing an obnoxious smell when walking in. They posted a sign of the same so I'm not exaggerating here.
First time trying Korean corndogs. I see the craze on social media but never knew where I could get it that didn’t require traveling very far. Afternoon.Bayside is a cute little shop with no dine-in option. You order on a machine and pick your mochi donuts after paying. At the kiosk, they won’t ask you to choose which donuts you want. You have the option to choose 1, 3, or a dozen donuts. You can, however, pick your corn dog at the kiosk. I went with what I thought were safe options - cheddar cheese hotdog and mozzarella cheese hot dog. I decided to be bold and adventurous and also ordered a volcano hot dog, which claims to be spicy and a sweet potato mozzarella. 3 out of 4 contain a hot dog. The sweet potato contains no beef. There were also condiments to add - ketchup, honey mustard, sriracha Mayo, and cheddar cheese. A lady that worked there recommended ketchup and honey mustard so that’s what I put on everything. I added cheddar cheese to the volcano too. The corn dogs were good. It was nice to try for the first time but I wouldn’t go out of my way to look for them. It is filling though so a good snack perhaps. The mochi donuts were delicious. It doesn’t taste like I was biting into a vat of oil. The coffee one is quite strong in flavor. I would go back to try the other flavors, especially the ones that were sold out.
Wow like literally wow I have been wanting to try these for so long now I always watch videos of people posting and when I google it’s all the way in the city which is far. But today I was literally driving by bell blvd and I spot this advertisement on the windows I’m like omg I really need to stop here it was well worth it very delicious fresh one of a kind this will be my favorite spot to come and get this Korean corn dog I can’t wait to go back and try out the different kinds so far I’ve had the sweet-potato and mozzarella cheese and a different one with the meat inside and crispy outside both was so delicious it was definitely worth the wait can’t wait to go back also their donuts and other items were delicious as well
Ordered a mozarella hotdog w/ sugar, and realized on first bite there’s no hotdog? I cut it in half, and there it is, a half dog. If you’re going to do business, please don’t halfass something like this.
Definitely the cleanest tasting, most delicious Korean Corn Dogs in Queens. Nice variety of sauces for the dogs cheddar, boomboom, mustard/ketchup. Try it with the sugar! It sounds weird but it's more authentic Will def be back.
