Customer service fail -- I purchased 2 bags of soil and took my receipt to the back warehouse to show my receipt to the guys in the back as instructed. We get to the back and are told that they will be with us in a few minutes. There are a handful of guys there, and they continue to do work for many more minutes, passing us by, not making eye contact. I finally stepped out of our truck and ask this one guy if he works here (a genuine question, to find out if he can help us) and he obnoxiously looks down at his shirt and doesn't even answer me -- he looks at his shirt because it says "Farm Supply" - his way of telling me I am an idiot for not knowing he worked there. How about treating people (moreover a young lady in a floral dress! Pretty damn harmless.) - with some respect and professionalism? He finally barely verbally acknowledges that he works there and i tell him we just need the two bags of soil, and he points far off and says "oh its over there, you can go and get it yourself". First of all - WOW. Second -- the first guy didn't tell us where the soil was, or that we could get it ourselves. I had to call the store from the truck and ask if someone could actually finally come and help us, and someone finally did a few minutes later. The lady in front was nice. NEVER coming back here again. Shi**y customer service feels awful.

This place is unique, if you need farm supply, seeds, feeds, tools.... Then you are in the right place. The staff are well trained and know everything in their store, friendly and patient.

I called in ahead and out multiple items on hold. I drove 50 minutes to get here and none of what I put on hold was in stock. Extremely disorganized and a total waste of time!!! Horrible experience!!!
