Terry from Agent Lock & Key, rekeyed our last two houses.  Always reliable, does great work & reasonably priced.  He even made sure my garage door was programmed even though that’s not what I payed him for.

Been struggling with my front door knob.  I emailed him for help & price.  He felt that it would just be easy to walk me through reattaching it since it wasn’t broken.  Sure enough he was absolutely right.  If you need a locksmith, absolutely try Agent Lock & Key!

Unbelievably professional service. Terry listened to my issue,  had me take pictures to send him so that he could properly quote and take care of the problem at hand. The first place I called was too quick to say " I can't help over the phone, I have to come out". Well of course but listening to your customer goes so much further. The difference in a quality company.

Was very fast to get to location. Very kind and attentive , very knowledgeable.  Helped us get the lock fixed within minutes. I would recommend this locksmith to anyone having problems with locks. Sure made our day by helping us . Thank you very much! And also very affordable!!!! That was a big plus!!

Terry was wonderful. He took care of all my issues, answered all my questions and gave me options to save me even more money. I would highly recommend him for any locksmith issues, no need to look further.

Purchased a lease return, and of course, the dealer withholds one push-button start key fob, but will "provide" a second one for $300, and then I will need to pay someone to program it.  The dealer charges at least that much, or more.  Terry located, ordered, and provided the replacement key fob, drove to my residence, and programmed it.  Service was prompt, on time, and much more reasonable than what the dealers want to charge.
