After reading the other review, I figured it was important to list that I had the same experience in 2015. It was an outside job, and they completed it while we were working. Immediate daily threats and vulgar language  was used via text. I have never felt so threatened for myself and my family by a vendor only within less than 48 hours after a job. I requested to mail payment but address was not present on the invoice. The job itself though was done beautifully.

update 10/17--After posting this review, I was contacted nicely by Ron and he tried to offer me a discount as displayed below. I thanked him but said after feeling intimidated the first time, did wish him the best but we would seek services elsewhere. He continued to message me asking me to remove the post and making me once again feel uncomfortable.

I do appreciate the feedback, although not the type I would like. I would like to say there was never a threat or any foul language used, ever. Not even in any text messages. That just didn't happen. If so those shoul;d be posted. This was embellished beyond normal.
  Services are expected to paid at completion, we always work within many different terms on payment. When customers ignore countless texts to be paid the overall tone to collect becomes unfriendly naturally, but never threatening that would only farther jeopardies my chance of being paid. 

I contacted Janel, and she states she was felt threatened. SHOW those messages!!! I simply begged her to remove the review because it was not an accurate description of what took place. 

My apologies to both for your less than stellar experience.

We turn to nobody else in the Delaware Valley for our home painting needs. Knowledgeable, efficient, honest and professional. What else could you ask for?

The work was repeatedly delayed.  When it was finally done, it seems it was done satisfactorily.  There was no expectation set on the timeliness of payment.  Overnight the owner went from "following up on payment" to using vulgar language, unfounded accusations and threats to sue me.  When I made it clear I intend to pay, but needed mailing address, there was no response.
