It's in a safe location with many eateries nearby.  There is also a super center Target and Walmart 3 minutes away.  There are several improvements which need to be made to make the park better.  The road in the park is not completely  paved.  The area closed to the entrance is still dirt and gravel.  Moreover, the sites need more gravel.  We had heavy rain for a couple of days and there were mud puddles all over.  Also there needs to be a concrete path or stairs leading from the park to the bathrooms. It was very muddy walking up there after the rain.  Speaking of bathrooms, they need serious renovations and cleaning.  There was a large brown smear on the wall and it was never cleaned off in the 11 days we were there. The floor tiles are flaking off and the shower stall needed to be scrubbed well.  The shower curtain has seen better days.  On our site, some inconsiderate person dumped about 50 cigarette butts and it was never cleaned.  I think the park can be a good place to stay especially being close to the agricenter when events are occurring and the farmers market is opened which is in May.

I really like staying here.   The hosts are really nice,friendly and knowledgeable.  The sites have full hookups and easy to enter.  There is a Farmers Market during the spring and summer.   Often during summer and holidays there are weekend craft sales of all types.  There is a neat little store that sells year round every thing from frozen food dishes, jewelry, ladies clothes, holiday decorations, and knick knacks. 
 
I would love to have a pool, maybe a water park or just a park for the little ones, a larger laundry and more bathrooms.  
Every type of restaurant and store is near by.  Right now there is a Corn Maze with activities and food across the road.  And many other activities in the Agricenter throughout the year.

What a great place to stop when in Memphis for a stay.
We were accomadated on very short notice for a long weekend stay. Greeting host was informative, personable and welcoming. Drive thru site was ample for our 40 footer and water, sewer , 50 amp electric, as well as WiFi all we needed. 
A few miles out of the city was a refreshing climate to return to.
Rates were a bonus and showers and bath were nice.
All in, folks here are doing things right, with good old southern style.

Have stayed here five times over the last two years as wife has a friend that lives in the area.  Have been here at Halloween with corn maze going (shuts down between 10:00 - 11:00) Thanksgiving (a Christmas show in the center) and during summer (visited farmers market).  Location is convenient to interstate travel and area restaurants, even downtown Memphis isnt too bad (not counting traffic).  Restrooms were clean, wifi slow but acceptable, but the people are the star.  Each time we checked in, the hostess remembered us from our first visit.  This is the only place we consider staying when either visiting friends or just passing through on longer trips.  PS, treat yourself to Perkins for breakfast (just 4 lights south on Germantown Pkwy)
