Staff was very rude and not helpful at all.  Would have been an alright store if not for the horrible customer service. I ended up only purchasing only one item because of how awful the people were there. I will never be back. I love Ludington and everything in it except this place. Absolutely terrible attitudes and customer service. Don't waste time or money in this store.

Bought battery totally junk wont even fire mod no returns. They have no problem selling junk other batteries are junk also trying to exchange. Watch out will steal your money! Counter guy even said battery was there for over 6 months would have been nice if said that before I bought it. 0 start if option

I was at this store in September for my 1 year wedding anniversary.  My wife and I travel to Ludington every single year and have for over 5 years, we LOVE the city and everything about it.  This store does not belong in Ludington.  The staff, specifically the older woman who runs the store (I imagine as I encountered her twice during 2 days of my shopping that week, to return for something I didnt get the first time).  She was ABSOLUTELY so rude.  Ludington is full of very wonderful, nice, friendly neighborly people.  Its why and how I fell in love with the city.  But this lady was just awful.  She stalked me through the store like I was going to steal something, talked rudely and loudly about myself and my wife to another lady at the counter.  Acted as if she couldnt hear me when I asked her a question a few times, didnt interact with me during my sale (which was over $50 no need to steal thank you) and never even said thank you or to have a good day.  Then the second day I was back for a trinket for my daughter, she was also very stand offish and rude still!  I had thought maybe she had been having a bad day the day before and tried to tack it up to that.  But after the second time, I left that store absolutely disgusted with her and her store, and most definitely her lack of professionalism and common courtesy.  How rude can you be and still run a business!?  She does not belong in Ludington and to make people think badly of that town.  She was single handly the ONLY bad thing about my week long vacation there.  Even 3 months later it still leaves me raw, and next summer I will definitely NOT be going to her store.

NOT very happy with service staff is rude and unapproachable. Was in there with a friend during Friday night live tonight and the 2 ladies behind the counter were expressing very loudly their disgust about my friend and my choice of hair color (multicolor by the way). It was rude and very unprofessional will most likely not go back.
