Until today, we ordered Gyros from this location regularly. I saved a coupon that offered multiple deals, did not expire until the end of the month, and listed this location specifically. The lady I spoke to initially tried to make reasons why my coupon was not valid (not this location, etc). After I had countered each reason, she told me that the manager had decided that they don't take coupons anymore. 

I certainly understand that a business may stop offering coupons, but I expect them to accept their own unexpired coupons. There are too many good restaurants in this area to spend our money at a restaurant that doesn't honor it's own offers. 

Update: My husband stopped in again after the interaction I described and after speaking to the manager, found that there was a misunderstanding. Rather than denying the coupon, the coupons to be offered in the future were changing. We were given the offer I had attempted to use as a coupon, and will resume ordering food from this restaurant. 

We usually order gyros, fries, soup or salad. The food we receive is consistently good, with the gyros generously sized. We always have special requests, and 9/10 times they are applied perfectly and identifiable from the other items.

I love the food there. But whoever it is answering the phone is rude and just hung up on me. Like????
I get customer service is buggy but you can be nice and say goodbye or have some manners because if paying customers weren’t calling you and coming to get food... who’s paying you?

Update:
Heard from the owner. Pleasant conversation, and the problem is being resolved. I bumped my review up to a 3, and will happily give it a 5 if the delivery and accuracy gets better. Delicious, healthy food that even my picky 9 year old enjoys.

Update:
I have complained to the management, I have left an unhappy review on Facebook, and have never heard back from anyone. It has been 3 weeks. I see that other reviews have been responded to, so I am a bit suprised. Going to post on Google. Changing my FB review to 1 star. Pretty grumpy, and wishing I would have asked for a full refund. Poor customer service, in my opinion. 
I just checked, and we have ordered from them, through online ordering alone, 35 times in the last 2 years.

Original order placed at 6:00pm, food delivered at 8:45pm.

Tonight it took almost 3 hours for my correct order to be delivered. It took 2 hours for the first order to arrive, and I wasn't even grumpy, but when half my order was missing, that was upsetting. It then took another 45 minutes for the rest of the order to arrive. 
I have been ordering from Ahmo's for a long time. The food is fresh, tasty and a nice, healthy delivery option. And while the staff has always been friendly, my orders are consistently wrong. I don't want to make a poor delivery person drive all the way back for a pop, but when half of an over 40 dollar order is missing, that is a bit much. It would be one thing if it was just adults, but this left my 9 year old without his meal until not long before bedtime​.

-I understand being busy, but if it is going to be longer than an hour, it is polite to call the customer.
-For the love of Pete, check your orders before you head out. This is not one bad night, this is a trend. 

Like I said, my whole family enjoys the food, and I would rather not stop patronizing the business. If my future experience improves, I will change my review.

I have ordered food at this restaurant at this location over 15 times. I love a good burger and enjoy Mediterranean food a great deal. I'm very critical of the balance between good service and good. I enjoy walking away from a restaurant experience feeling like it was worth the trip. So here's the breakdown!

Good: The food is tasty. The burgers are some of the best in town. I enjoy the effort that goes into what they prepare. 

Bad: Unreliable online ordering system. You *cannot* rely on their website to properly take your order. In addition, the customer service is definitely not on par with their Stone School location (which does a great job trying trying to help their customers out). Even when calling in orders, they just can't seem to get things right. And, mistakes happen often in the restaurant industry. What matters is how well they're corrected. Unfortunately, they are lackadaisical about trying to make timely corrections.

In terms of food, I've also noticed that they sometimes send out burnt food. The burgers may have a solid layer of thick black char on one side. This seems to happen during their busiest times. If ordering online, they also get drinks wrong every third order or so. Accuracy is important which is why this will be the last time I'll be ordering from this location.

Overall: If the rating was based on food and value, it'd be a 4 out of 5.  But putting the whole experience including their customer service and ordering system, it goes down to a two. My suggestion is to order out of the Stone School location and avoid this location at all costs. They do it right at that location, just not here at the Ypsilanti location.

This restaurant is more like a deli with Middle Eastern food very clean beautiful floors Beautiful Everything bathrooms are clean very unexpected but a good thing
