We had a really good experience w/ AIC, esp. with Blaine Adams, the customer liaison (we had our roof replaced due to hail damage). He answered all of our questions before the job and was *incredibly* patient with our very-slow-to-respond mortgage company (who were responsible for releasing the funds to pay for the roof replacement). The job proceeded on schedule and the very few items to fix were dealt with quickly and without any question. The job quality+completion was approved with no problem by the mortgage co. inspector. We would definitely recommend AIC!

AIC roofing was professional and finished the job in timely manner. They cleaned there mess up thoroughly.. They addressed any issues I had with respect.I would recommend them to anyone. .The quality of there product was high quality. They strive for greatness, I like in the company. Plus they are local. If I have any problems , they just phone call away.

Blaine Adams & AIC Roofing are excellent contractors. They recently did work on my personal residence and did a fantastic job not only with the replacement of my roof but with communicating the process and following up to ensure my complete satisfaction. AIC has also assisted several of my clients with jobs both big & small and they have consistently performed excellent work and provided very good customer service. I highly recommend using them.

We had a couple of ceiling leaks in our home, and due to the complexity we needed a roofing contractor to help us do the repairs. We looked at a number of local contractors, and received quotes from some of them. We went with AIC Roofing as their quote was competitive, and the repair solution offered seemed to be the most practical for our issue, based on extent of repair required as well as flexibility in material choice. The process from quote to repair was easy and hassle free. The repair itself appears seamless with the adjoining siding, and of course has eliminated the leaks in our ceiling. We are very happy with our choice of AIC Roofing to do our repairs.

After speaking with several roofing compaies we decided to go with AIC. Not only did they offer a reasonable price but more so they were extremly professional and a pleasure to work with. We had them replace an old roof and gutters and also add a pitch to a flat roof addition we had. They addressed every concern/question we had, were great with timeline communication, and due to no fault of theirs quickly responded and repaired some interior damaged caused by a freak downpour that occured mid work. I can't say enough about everyone at this company from the office folks (billing/scheduling), to Craig the foreman, to the workers on site. This was a painless and smooth process and I highly recommend this company for any level of work someone may need.
