A few years ago I was bit by a dog at a friend's home. I was in such a frenzy between bleeding and not knowing if I should call the police or not. I called Aiken&Aiken and Steve took my call right away. Steve calmed me right down and told me what to do. Through out the whole process Steve was very supportive. Steve was able to settle with the insurance company quickly, and my settlement was extremely fair.

I called Aiken & Aiken completely on a whim with a question related to a parking ticket. I expected someone to take a message but Paul Aiken took the call immediately, answered my question and gave me very good direction. Even though this was not injury-related he treated the situation seriously by listening intently and offering options.  I will be sure to contact them again if needed. Thank you Paul.
