They told me to come by from 8 to 4 to get blood work done. I am here at 1:00 and have been sitting here its 1:40. The office is closed. No one is answering the door or the phone.

Loved my experience here and would have given five stars but like someone else, i had to deal with an awful receptionist. Heads up, dont call before 9. Most people take phone calls during open hours. Funny right? Anyway a lady answers at 8:30 tells me off that they dont take calls until 9 then when i try to apologize because i didnt know she hung up. I just moved and lost my time slip for today in the move. I knew it was today around 11 and wanted to double check i remembered that right to save everyone trouble. Thay was all. I also live an hour and 30 min away now and will be making a very long drive to get there. In no A/C btw. Doctors and nurses have been amazing but you need to check your receptionist. They are the first thing anyone goes through and they are messing you guys up. This happened just now if you can catch her in time.

I've been a patient of Dr. Boehner for 18 years and he take superior care of me. He take the time to address all my concerns.I travel from Summerville, SC to Aiken, SC to see him because I didn't want to change from here. When I had my last son, his expertise saved my life., thru the power of God. I've have been making the drive for 5 years now, since I moved to Summerville from Denmark, SC. Have not had any problems with staff, scheduling or rescheduling. No problems with front or back office staff. There have been some new staff thru the years but all have been friendly. Cheerful atmosphere today. 😄😄

Worst experience ever!! Not being from this area, my sister and I were warned from many people to NEVER use any medical systemschool within Aiken County because the hospitals seem to be collectively incompetent. We should have listened! My sister had to wait a whole month to get her first prenatal check up. The staff including the doctors were detached and lack luster. No one seemed at all invested in the happiness, well being and health of my sister or the baby. The examination was very general and incomplete. I'm so incredibly disappointed at the service here. We are finding another OBGYN ASAP!!

This is literally the worst gynecology office I've ever been too! The receptionist are rude and act as if they don't know their job then the office manager is just as worse. Everyone has an unsympathetic attitude about everything & if you want to switch doctors they won't let you. You can never book an appointment with anyone you personally want to see and their is always a bunch of rituals before your able to do or speak with anyone. I tried to file a complaint about a very rude receptionist and was told "We love her and she's been here awhile so I can't discuss anything with you about her". I wouldn't recommend this place to a stray dog having puppies. It deserves 0 stars honestly.
