These people went above and beyond our expectations. Superior professional service with an affordable price. The price charged was the price quoted plus they found a serious problem in our ductwork and fixed it as well. It cut our summer electric bill in half. Best company we've dealt with in Pensacola.

Prompt. Professional. Efficent. Economical. Requested service yesterday and tonight my 15 year old system is running better than when new. Raymond told me exactly what was wrong in a matter of seconds and fixed the problem just as fast. Recommended upgrading to a more energy efficent system and when i said not now, it wasn't mentioned again. No sales pressure whatsoever. Very very pleased. 202cool night or day and they were on the way... Well the next day when i requested but same thing. Thank you Air Design!

Horrible experience!!  First of all they are way too expensive.  I hired them to install a gas line for a range and install a new gas hot water heater.  They came right out and got the job done finishing on Thursday evening.  Then they didn't' turn the job in for an inspection until Monday afternoon knowing that we were moving in on the weekend.  When I called the tech that did the job, he said he did his part.  When the inspector came on Tuesday, he couldn't pass it because it was leaking.  I called the office and they are not nice but will let me know if someone can get out here today.  Haven't heard a word!,  terrible customer service!  Finally got everything approved and working on Wednesday following the install on Thursday.  Apparently, communications is the main problem and they don't keep you updated on what is going on.  Use only if you have the patience and time to get the job done.  You will be managing it!
