Air Heritage Inc. is an active non-profit aviation museum and aircraft restoration facility located about an hours drive north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania at the Beaver County Airport (KBVI).
All of our aircraft are restored to or are being restored to an airworthy condition and can be found at air shows along the Eastern US; however we do have a few static displays.. Aircraft we currently operate, have in restoration or in storage include:
* Beechcraft T-34 Mentor- Under Restoration (? Early on)
* 1957 Cessna 150- Being prepared for flight, Donated by West Virginia University
* Fairchild C-123K, “Thunder Pig”- Airworthy, Seen at shows up and down the East Coast
* Fairchild F24, “Maggie’s Pride”- Under Restoration (2-3 years remaining)
* Fairchild F24D- Storage, only one left in existence of the 10 built.
* 1946 Funk Model B- Under restoration (? Early on)
* Grumman OV-1D Mohawk- Airworthy, US Army paint scheme
* North American T-28B Trojan- Under Restoration (1-2 years remaining, Paint and 1st engine run hopefully summer 2011)
* Piper L-21B- Airworthy, Flown in the Italian Army paint scheme it wore while in Italy
* BeDe BD-4- Static Display, Donated by West Virginia University. Aircraft has jet engine installed in rear fuselage, possible Smithsonian Museum aircraft * Boeing F-15A Eagle- Restored for Static Display
* BAC T-3 Provost- Restored for Static Display
