Fast service. I needed my car jump started at home. They came out quickly and started it promptly. The guy was so nice I went further and out of my way to go to the station to have the battery checked and then replaced. Telephone and service staff were all very friendly and helpful. They responded to the AAA request quickly. I originally was going to go to a Buick dealership closer to my home. But it took me 6+ minutes just to get someone on the phone in the service department.

Friendly staff! The owner was great to work with in getting me back to Burley! I highly recommend these guys and would use them Again if I needed to! They had a fast response time and they where very courteous and careful with my vehicle and took the time to make sure it was strapped down! These guys are awesome!!! The driver was awesome and did his job efficiently and was very courteous!

I’m from out of state. Battery died. When AAA battery service was backlogged, this service station got a tow truck to my vehicle in 10 minutes, and then at their shop, had the battery tested, showed me the results, and had the new AAA battery installed in under 20 minutes. Super friendly staff and mechanics. They even offered me coffee from the little mart inside. Five stars aren’t enough.

Rude people. Credit card wasn't working (in Europe we use chip cards) and here the machine wasn't accepting them (I tried with 2 different, a visa and a mastercard, both working debit AND credit). I've been traveling for weeks in the US and I usually travel in Europe and I never have problems with cards. The lady was insisting that I had to call the bank cause it was some limit about my bank. Sure she knows what's going on with my bank. I offered to pay cash by withdrawing, but the ATM machine inside was out of order. I tried to let them insert manually the numbers of my credit card and they refused cause to them that wasn't the solution. They also started to ask some questions like "when did you call the bank last to make sure it's working?". Are you kidding me? Luckily there was one nice girl that solved the problem just trying to do what I suggested. She was nice. I understand that traveling outside your home country you may encounter problems, but we can solve the problem by being nice and not rude. Totally disappointed, I'll try to avoid Chevron in the future.
