Shower in room wouldn't turn back on. Knob was stripped. We called maintenance, arrived quite fast. Did something to knob said it was fixed. Not fixed, same problem. Maintenance returned looked at knob again and said it was inoperable. When checked out we were compensated per our request. Ok place to stay other than not being able to take shower.

Quiet, clean hotel very close to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by with easy access to the freeway

Came here late at night (02:00-03:00) and had no problem getting a room. The proximity to the Airport makes this location ideal for travelers. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and big television. There was attention paid to cleanliness, and I appreciated that. I only wish you the curtains would have made a seal better.

This hotel is now a SureStay Best Western. It is now non-smoking, but pet friendly. Typical hotel rooms, most rooms have a small fridge and a microwave. The staff are always very friendly. They have a bar, a restaurant, a pool and spa. They host many functions in their conference rooms. The price has gone up since the name change, but they are directly across the street from the Reno Airport. I stay here when in Reno for work.

Love... Love.. Love. This hotel is awesome! Very big & suitable for many needs & or moods! Family friendly! Beautiful grounds too!! The espresso's are so delicious, coffee great as well. & with a bar & restaurant it is a very comfortable hotel to stay at for whatever reason fits your situation!
