So here are some reasons why I am giving this establishment a 2 star review. The first time I came to this store I experienced great customer service, the young gentleman was very polite and welcoming so I decided to go back because of the outstanding service and respect I received. September 30, 2022 I went back, there was a group of young people and a gentleman being helped as I walked through the door. Then a couple comes in just a few seconds after me. The man working asked the couple behind me if there was anything they were looking for I am guessing because they looked like they were going to leave. He answered their question and finished helping the man in front of me. So now it is my turn and the man working goes straight to the couple, not even acknowledging that I was there or that I was next. He did not ask who was next and the couple took that opportunity to the fullest. Let me state on record that I am a black female and the couple was white middle aged people. I felt disrespected, devalued and to be frank I felt like I was back in time in the 1950’s. I walked out of the store because I was not going to take my hard earned money and spend it at a place that does not respect me as a person. Because of this horrible experience I will never go here again and I’m not saying this to say oh no one should ever go here I am saying this so that the owners of this establishment can see it and can make some changes. Do unto others as you would like them to do unto you. We have to do better as people, we have to be better.

Newly opened cigar shop near the Orlando airport has a great cigar lounge. You can get a beer or wine to go with your cigar. Abdu was very friendly and nice. Out had a great location and great place to smoke and have a beer. The reason it only got a 4 star was that they don't have a great cigar selection. They were missing Fuentes which is my favorite Cigars, however I was able to find some alternatives. I will definitely stop in again when I am in the area again.
I buy a lot of FUME brand products and This is the ONLY smoke shop that Ive witnessed My vape pen lasting what seems like Forever compared to other smoke shops! I know for a fact that they don’t have fake brands because the duration of my vape is impressive . Every staff member has given me nothing but good vibes . Jamal is awesome ! And even the other ladies I’ve met are always patient, smiling and ready to answer all my questions when my curiosity rises on all the other products they have in the store ! Excellent customer service still exists here ! 5 stars :
Amazing owner and friendly environment, great CBD items that will have you feeling perfectly relaxed for your vacation.
High prices, the staff was indifrent and unhelpful. The young lady that was working told me if I wanted to smoke the cigar I bought from them in thier lounge I had spend a minimum of $50 dollars or pay. $10 additional. I have seen cigar shops charge a cut fee to smoke an outside cigar but never have I been asked to pay more to smoke a cigar I purchased in the same store. Having visited most the cigar lounges in Orlando I would sat don't spend money with this one as they Cleary are just thier to sell you cigars for 50% more than adverage retail prices and don't want you to enjoy your smoke in thier shop while you wait to take a flight or relax.
Left store and the next day card price updated to 20.00 more. Called today to get more info about purchase and Laura was very rude. Spent 154.00 yesterday to be charged 177.00 today with no clear understanding when calling to clarify.
Great place, stop by every time I'm in town. Jamal is a great guy, knows his cigars.
Super cool, clean and dope shop. Pretty decent selections of products. The owner was very nice and friendly ask to try vape there to ensure it works. Loved that ! Definitely coming back when I’m in the area !
Jamal was absolutely incredible. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products. Loved my experience there. His recommendations were on point. Super happy I stopped in!
