Encouraged by their excellent website and recorded phone voice, I made an online reservation for a ride from Gbg to DCA two days in advance.  When I didn't get the promised confirmation callback, I called the cab company.  No answer, just voicemail recorder.  Over the next 18 hours I called 5 times with zero success at talking to a human and zero confirmation of my reservation, which I then canceled.  Will not call them again.

This was a terrible customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER DO BUSINESS. After three calls and being extremely respectful to the individual he hung up everytime. I asked one simple question "Can you please review my order." CLICK he hung up. This is very infuriating do not waste your time among ignorant, rude, and unreliable people in this company.

So I miscalculated how long it would take to reach my destination by bus and I was in a rush. I called them and they arrived in half an hour and took me were I had to be on time.

I ordered a taxicab from this company.  The person who answered the phone asked for my credit card number.  Even though I found this strange, I obliged his request.  The phone connection between us was bad and he kept asking me to repeat the card number.  I was using a land line, but he was using either his cell phone or a cordless phone.  I got frustrated the third time he asked for the same information and asked why he would insist on getting my credit card number when he did not even have a working phone line.  He said, "Why don't you kiss my a**?" and he unloaded a barrage of expletives that I am not going to repeat here.  I hung up and called after a few minutes to speak to a supervisor when I got my composure back.  The same man answered the phone and started swearing at me again and asked me not to call ever again.
I have filed a complaint with the Office of Consumer Protection.  You can decide for yourself whether you want to deal with this company.
